This question is commonly asked of children yet rarely answered with a profession related to real estate investing.

E4 Real Estate Foundation exposes students early that real estate investing is how many generate wealth and all the various professions related it by speaking at career days and other events. We provide high school guidance counselors with materials they need to help their students identify the right career path for them and the post-secondary schools that provide the industry education.

EDUCATE

I had a lot of schools to choose from that offered the courses I needed to specialize in real estate investing.

E4 Real Estate Foundation educates by funding real estate programs in post-secondary schools like Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). Coursework concentrates in all aspects of the real estate enterprise and facilitates the development of real estate professionals with superb analytical and communication skills.

Students have the opportunity to focus on finance, investment analysis, sustainability, marketing, brokerage, regulations, property management, construction management, asset management, and technology as it pertains to real estate.

Students interested in pursuing an educational focus in real estate can also apply for the Casoro Group Education Fund scholarships.

EXPERIENCE

My internship helped me build valuable relationships and connections.

Students gain valuable, hands-on experience through internships and benefit from the wisdom of mentors. Businesses look favorably on job candidates with prior experience and this becomes increasingly important for E4 Real Estate Foundation to offer to students.

We identify industry firms that have an internship, mentorship, and work-study programs and help connect post-secondary students to them through their schools.
